f you are looking for a hen party afternoon activity or even something fun  to kick start your evening, pole dancing lessons are a fantastic way  to let your hair down and have loads of fun!

 

The hen party session will last 2 hours and during this time you’ll learn all kinds of pole dancing tricks and poses alongside dance moves and floor work where we link them together finishing with a little routine. You’ll start off with a warm-up to get your joints moving and then progress to the pole.

This is a fun relaxed class and we do not take ourselves too seriously in this class, you’re instructor is there to make your class as enjoyable as possible.
